Participation contre la condition de SPVM
avec

de la Service de la Police de la Ville de Montréal (SPVM)
Depuis les 84 arrestations du 1 mai 2015, nombreuses sont mis sous la condition de libération de « ne pas participer dans une manifestation déclaré illégale » qui sont la plupart des actions politique à Montréal ici maintenant. Malgré les 2000 manifestant-es acquitté pour les accusations sous le règlement P-6, le SPVM maintenant tente de accusé les participants dans les manifestations d'une activité criminelle avec conditions, en contradiction avec la Charte des libertés de la personne du Québec.
Le manifestant, abraham Weizfeld PhD, qui a été matraqué trois fois le 1 mai, participera avec la manifestation ce 8 juin 18h, pour lancer un défi à cette condition de « ne pas participer dans une manifestation déclaré illégale », qui est en contradiction avec la liberté d'expression..
Il est soutenu par l'Association Canadienne pour la recherche de la paix, avec la résolution qui est ici annexé.

ATTENDU QUE, Section 2C de la Charte canadienne des droits indique que réunion pacifique est une liberté fondamentale; et
ATTENDU QUE, les séquences vidéo de la manifestation qui a eu lieu à Montréal, le 1er mai 2015 étayer la thèse selon laquelle le Dr abraham Weizfeld n'a pas violé l'article 63 du Code criminel du Canada; https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7AdPMQJnTZE
ATTENDU QUE, le Dr abraham Weizfeld a été battu par des matraques de police à trois reprises avant son arrestation subséquente,
IL EST RÉSOLU que l'Association canadienne de recherche sur la paix (ACRP) soutien Dr abraham Weizfeld, en façon non monétaire, à sa défense contre des accusations en vertu de l'article 63 du Code criminel canadien.

No conditions to freedom
Refusal of the condition of the SPVM
with
ENOUGH IS ENOUGH
18h in front of the Headquarters
Service of Police of the City of Montreal (SPVM)
Since the arrests of 84 persons May 1, 2015, many were released on the condition "not to participate in a demonstration declared to be illegal", which is the case for most demonstrations in Montreal now. Despite the 2000 demonstrators acquitted for charges under the P-6 Regulations, the SPVM is now trying to accuse participants in demonstrations of criminal activity, under conditions which contradict the Charter of Rights and Freedoms of the Person of Quebec.
The protester, abraham Weizfeld PhD, who was bludgeoned three times on 1 May, will participate with the event this June 8 at 18h, to challenge the condition "not to participate in a demonstration declared to be illegal", a condition which contradicts the freedom of expression.
Weizfeld is supported by the Canadian Peace Research Association with the resolution that is annexed here.

RESOLUTION RE :
Dr. abraham Weizfeld's unacceptable and Cruel Treatment by Montréal Police
WHEREAS, Section 2C of the Canadian Charter of Rights indicates that peaceful assembly is a fundamental freedom; and
WHEREAS, video footage of the protest that took place in Montreal on May 1, 2015 would substantiate the proposition that Dr. |abraham Weizfeld did not breach Section 63 of the Canadian Criminal Code; <https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7AdPMQJnTZE >
WHEREAS, Dr. abraham Weizfeld was beaten by police batons three times prior to his subsequent arrest,
BE IT RESOLVED, that the Canadian Peace Research Association (CPRA) support Dr. Abraham Weizfeld, in any non-monetary way, for his defence of charges pursuant to Section 63 of the Canadian Criminal Code.
